How proration works. September through November sign-ups pay the full season fee. Starting in December, the season fee drops 10 percentage points each month — Dec 70%, Jan 60%, Feb 50%, Mar 40%, Apr 30%, May 20%, Jun 10%. Registration (₪350) and Enrichment (₪750) are never prorated. The 10 paying months map to September through June; July serves as season wrap-up.
